My Samuel Craig m. Nancy Potts and his brother Fawcett Craig m. Mary
Potts. I estimate they married 1827-1832. Nancy Potts recorded in the Census
of 1850 she was born in VA.
The Craig families immigrated in ~1817 and settled in Monroe County OH
what is now Noble County OH.
An early lawsuit in Monroe County listed a Stephen Potts.
Would appreciate any information that would tie these people to a Potts

if you are the author of the HTML's congratulations. If not your webmaster

up to him (as distinguished from the German Potts).
